How does a custom ring work?
Start from one of our 21 designs and customize it — stone, shape, setting and metal — or go Truly Custom and describe your idea in your own words. Either way, our team reviews the design and comes back to you with a quote before anything is made.
Natural or lab-grown: what's the difference?
Both are real diamonds with the same fire and structure. Natural diamonds formed over billions of years; lab-grown diamonds are made in months. Browse our certified diamonds to compare.
Are your diamonds certified and responsibly sourced?
Every stone is graded and certified, and we trace where our natural diamonds come from. Read our sourcing story.
What if I don't know the ring size?
Tell us it's a surprise and choose a standard size; we'll help you resize after the proposal. Or write to us and we'll help you find it.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is complimentary and returns are accepted within 30 days. Write to us before sending anything back and we'll guide you through it.
